The first session includes a full consultation and can take up to 90 minutes.  The following sessions can be around 60 minutes.  We aim to book three to four sessions to insure our clients receive the full benefits of what Bowen has to offer.  Yet will be flexible enough to insure your individual needs are catered for.

​The treatment consists of a sequence of specialized “moves” as they are called, which are directed in a specific and systematic manner.  The moves are a cross-fiber gentle manipulation of muscles, tendons, ligaments, and nerves using varying pressures. Spaced by resting periods that allow the body to reintegrate.
